January, 2023Jamie came quite late one afternoon to rescue my failing attempts to factory-reset a Yale Conexis L1 smart door lock (which it turns out he had fitted nearly three years ago). He quickly made the lock operational and safe to use, whilst also finding out that the lock's bluetooth transmitter had basically failed - and this was the reason it wouldn't unlock the door from the outside. We agreed we needed a new manual door lock and he came back to fit it a few days later, cutting some additional keys. His service was excellent: he is polite, friendly and (just as importantly) charges a very reasonable amount, making clear each element of the costs.
